INCRA AMAZONAS ISSUES LAND ACCESS
AGREEMENT
EMA PROJECT ADVANCES TO LAST STAGE OF APPROVALS
Highlights
• Brazil’s National Institute for Colonization and Agrarian Reform (INCRA) Amazonas office has
granted formal approval of the land access agreement covering mining activities on INCRA
controlled land
• The approval document, which still requires final ratification from INCRA in Brasília, relates to a
portion of the Ema tenements still controlled by INCRA, awaiting final transfer of title to individual
landowners
• As final consent from INCRA Manaus is a condition imposed by the Amazonas Environmental
Protection Institute (IPAAM) for granting of the environmental licence, this sign-off opens the way
for final environmental approval
Brazilian Critical Minerals Limited (ASX: BCM) (“BCM” or the “Company”) is pleased to advise that INCRA Manaus
has formally approved the land-consent agreement for the Company’s Ema Rare Earth Project near Apuí,
Amazonas, Brazil.
The application concerns INCRA’s consent for the partial overlap of the Ema Project with the Juma settlement in
the municipality of Apuí, relating to the land title formalisation process previously announced (ASX: BCM 16 Sep
2026) with regards to local landholders and farmers.

Andrew Reid, Managing Director of BCM, commented:
“INCRA’s consent is a very encouraging step for Ema. We are particularly pleased to receive formal confirmation
of INCRA’s consent, including a separate certificate stating that INCRA raises no impediment to environmental
licensing continuing. Our focus remains on securing all the approvals required to advance Ema towards
development.”

About Brazilian Critical Minerals Ltd
The Ema Rare Earth Project is an ionic
adsorption clay rare earth project located near
Apuí in Amazonas State, Brazil.
The Project is being developed using In-Situ
Recovery (“ISR”), with magnesium sulphate
solution used to recover rare earth elements
from the mineralised clay profile. The recovered
rare earths are subsequently processed to
produce a Mixed Rare Earth Carbonate suitable
for export and downstream refining.
The FEED stage represents the next engineering
step in BCM’s strategy to progressively de-risk
the Ema Project and advance it towards
development.
